Since the doors opened in 2005, Wine List of Summit has been committed to exceeding the expectations of discerning palates, by seeking out wineries and wine makers that still produce the old fashioned way with transparency and love.  

We search the globe for the very finest wines, spirits, beers and wine accessories to introduce to our customers. We specialize in Everyday Wines that are ready to drink now, Wines to Lay Down for collecting and cellaring and Wines to Impress for all your entertaining needs.

For the most passionate wine enthusiasts we offer a variety of wine education classes that are informal, educational, entertaining and affordable.  And our wine storage facility let’s you protect your most prized collection.

After years of entertaining my friends and family, I was encourage to bring my cooking to the next level and open it to the world, by introducing a little of our native country Argentina to everyone with Empanadas and desserts. As with many traditional foods, every family has their own recipe and I am very humble to be able to share mine with you, made with fresh ingredients and a lot of dedication.

A year and a half later, this project that had started for friends and family kept growing and with a life of its own, expanded. This is when Vicky accepted to become a part of this crazy adventure and we relaunch this endeavor from the kitchen at the Calvary Episcopal Church in Summit where we prepare our clients orders.

Cooking and helping others have always been our passion..

Each cupcake & sweet delight is meticulously crafted by Jenn, the talented baker, who infuses her creations with both tradition and innovation. Whether you're craving a sweet breakfast, a midday pick-me-up, or a special dessert to celebrate life's moments, Birch Bark Confections is the place to turn your sweet dreams into reality. Stop in for a cupcake or preorder some custom desserts for a later date.
